Terms of Service

সংক্ষেপে: Prochar ব্যবহার করলে এই শর্তগুলো মানছেন। AI যা লেখে, পাবলিশ করার আগে আপনি দেখে নেবেন — পোস্টের দায়িত্ব আপনার। স্প্যাম, প্রতারণা বা বেআইনি কাজে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। Pro পেমেন্ট ৩০ দিনের জন্য, নিজে থেকে আবার টাকা কাটে না।

1. The service

Prochar, operated by Prochar, helps you create, schedule and publish social media content with the help of AI. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in the workspaces you own.
• You may invite team members; the workspace owner is responsible for them.

3. Your content and AI output

• You own the business information and content you put into Prochar, and the posts created for you.
• AI can make mistakes. Nothing is published without your approval, and you are responsible for checking facts, prices, health or financial claims and anything else before publishing.
• You give us permission to process your content only to provide the service (for example, sending it to AI providers and to the social platforms you connect).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Prochar to:

• publish spam, scams, misleading claims, hate, harassment, or anything illegal in Bangladesh or where it is seen;
• break the rules of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram or any other connected platform;
• connect accounts you are not authorised to manage;
• overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the service or its AI limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans and payments

• The Free plan has usage limits shown in the app. Pro adds higher limits for a price shown in Taka before you pay.
• Payments are handled by our payment gateway. Each Pro payment covers 30 days and does not renew automatically.
• Trial days and coupon codes are given at our discretion and may end or change.
• If a payment goes wrong or you were charged by mistake, contact us within 7 days at the support page inside the app and we will look into a refund.

6. Connected platforms

Publishing depends on third-party platforms. If a platform changes its rules, rejects a post, or revokes access, some features may stop working; we are not responsible for their decisions.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Prochar running reliably but provide it “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features and will give notice of important changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Prochar is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Ending

You can stop using Prochar and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
