Data deletion

সংক্ষেপে: Settings → “আমার অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন” চাপলেই আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট আর সব ডেটা সাথে সাথে মুছে যায়। শুধু একটা পেজ সরাতে চাইলে Social Accounts থেকে Disconnect করুন।

Delete everything

1. Log in to Prochar and open Settings.
2. At the bottom, choose Delete my account, enter your password and confirm.

Your account and every workspace you own — brands, posts, images, and the stored access tokens of connected Facebook, Instagram and other accounts — are deleted immediately. Backups are removed within 14 days.

Remove only one Facebook Page or other account

Open Social Accounts and choose Disconnect. Its access token is deleted at once. You can also remove Prochar from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → remove Prochar.

Can’t log in?

Email the support page inside the app from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We will confirm within 7 days once it is done.
